When am I eligible for a refund?
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
Upon return of any eligible product (check product details page for the same). As long as the item is returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging
intact, in accordance with our return policy.
The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
The order is cancelled by the customer before it is shipped.
The order is cancelled by us before dispatch due to inventory availability or quality failure.
The order is undelivered due to address issues, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability.
How will I receive my refund and how long does it take?
Once your return or cancellation is processed, we will initiate your refund within 24 hours.
The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 4–7 business days depending on the mode of payment.
In some cases, it may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.
Respective tender breakups can be viewed on the customer’s order history page at a product level for all refunds.
How are refunds processed for E-Gift Card and Club Apparel Points redemptions?
E-Gift Card redemptions: Refund will be issued to the original gift card.
Club Apparel Points redemptions: Refunded as loyalty points, to the customer’s original Club Apparel account used while making the purchase.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping charges are refundable in the following cases:
Complete Order Cancellations
Partial Returns and Return to Origin (RTO) due to undelivered shipments
Defective products are delivered
Shipping charges are not refundable in the following cases:
Customer-initiated returns
Partial returns
Partial cancellations

Which items are non-refundable?
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
Items marked as non-returnable depending on product category on account of hygiene concerns and in accordance with our return policy.

I've received my order, but it's not suitable. Can I return or
exchange it?
We want you to love your Victoria's Secret purchase. Try them in the
comfort of
your home and if you
are dissatisfied with the item(s), return it within 15 days of receiving your order.
Exclusions from the return/exchange policy: We regret to inform that in the interest of hygiene, we
do
not accept
return/exchange of all briefs, panties, or shapewear panties, or an opened box of a multi-piece set
that
includes panties
unless they are defective, or the wrong item was sent. We also do not accept return/exchange of any
beauty items.
We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the
original receipt and
packaging, within 15 days of your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any return sent or
communicated after the 15-day
period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received.
If you are returning an item from an order that came with a gift with Purchase (GWP) and the value
of
the order falls below
the GWP qualifying amount after the return, the redeemed GWP must be returned as well. If the GWP is
not
returned, you will
incur charges based on the market value of the GWP.
How do I return an online purchase?
To return an item(s) of your order, click on 'My Account’ at the top of the page and sign-in to your
account.
Locate the ‘View all Orders’ tab on the left to view your order history.
In the order history, select the order you want to return item(s) from and select Initiate returns
from
the top right corner select the items to return and submit the return and sit back while we arrange
a
pickup.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate
a
return/replacement/refund
for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including
all
components as well as any
complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours of a return being picked up
and
may take up to 5-7 working
days to reflect
in the customer’s account.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your account to be credited. If you do not receive your refund
after 7 working days,
please contact your payment processor directly for further information.
Refunds will be based on the value of the merchandise as reflected on your invoice. Shipping and
handling charges from your
initial order will only be refunded if the return is due to a defective or wrong item. If items
purchased in a buy more save
more type promo are returned which takes items below the offer threshold refunds will be adjusted
commensurately.

All eligible items will be available for returns 15 days from the delivery
of
the item. if you do not see
the option to
return it could be that the item is not returnable or has not been marked delivered yet. Please

I have received an item I did not order, what should I do?
If you have not received all the items you ordered or received items you did not order at all, please
contact our
Customer Service department on vs-customercare@apparelgroup.in or Call Us at: 1800-833-5350.
To track your order, click on 'My Account’ at the top of the page and sign-in to your account.
Locate the ‘View all Orders’ tab on the left to view your order history.
In the order history, select the order you want to track and click on the “Track Package button”
against
the product
to track the status of the order.
If you have opted for guest checkout, you will still receive a tracking number in your shipment
confirmation email.
When I place an order, how long does it take to get delivered?
We currently offer the following delivery options in India, with order

How can I change my shipping address?
Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. Check your address
carefully when placing an

and ensure you choose
the right location in the shipping address field. To remove an outdated or incorrect address from
your
account, sign in to ‘My
Account’ at the top and select ‘Addresses and Delivery’ to edit/remove your address in Address Book.
However, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been
shipped.
If the address provided is
incorrect, the package
will be returned to us by the delivery agent or the unintended recipient.
How can I change my shipping address?
Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. Check your address
carefully when placing an
order
and ensure you choose

How is a failed delivery processed?
Most of our delivery agents make three attempts to deliver a parcel and
they
may require an OTP upon
delivery of the parcel.
If the first round of delivery is unsuccessful, the agent will contact the recipient using the given
contact number to rearrange
for another delivery date. If the recipient fails to receive the package after the three delivery
attempts, the package will be
returned to Victoria's Secret.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
For delivery within India, GST of 18% is automatically applied to your
order in
accordance with India ’s
tax regulations.
You are not required to pay for any additional costs. There will be no hidden costs billed upon
delivery.
My order is showing as delivered, but I didn't receive it. What
do I
do now?
We're here to help! If you have not received your order by the 2nd business
day
after it has been scanned
as "Delivered,"
please click the "Chat Now" button below to chat with an associate or click here for other contact
options.
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped
yet,
you can cancel the order
by going to
'My Account’ at the top of the page and sign-in to your account.
Locate the ‘View all Orders’ tab on the left to view your order history.
In the order history, select the order you want to cancel and click on the cancel button against the
product.
Each individual product will need to be cancelled individually.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, at Victoria's secret India we don't offer international shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets.
Can I pay using a gift card?
We currently do not accept payment by gift cards on this website. We will
look
to offer this in the
future.
What happens If my payment is processed but order is not
confirmed
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from
victoriasseceret.in within 15
minutes informing
you that your order has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation email after 15 minutes
(please ensure the email
was not sent to your junk folder. it means your order has not been created. If payment has been
deducted
from your payment
method you will be refunded the amount within 7 working days.
You will then need to place a new order. We recommend that you create an account to enjoy faster
checkout, one-stop viewing.

Our bra sizes range from 30A to 44DD; however, we are not able to offer all bra styles in all sizes.
When shopping our bras, we recommend using the available Filters to narrow to your desired size.

Bra-To-Alpha Sizing Guide
Bralettes are offered in either XXS-XXL sizing. A few styles may also be
offered in S-DD (32DD or 34DD),
M-DD (36DD), or L-DD (38DD). Please reference our charts below to match your bra size to your
bralette size.

What do I need to know about band and cup sizing?
here are two simple rules to bra sizing:
A Band is a Band…is a Band:
Once you find your perfect, comfortably snug Band size—say, a 34 Band, for example—you can
confidently
choose that Band Size in any of our collections or styles. Your next step is simple: find the Cup
size
that smoothly contains you without changing your Band size.
A Cup is NOT a Cup...is NOT a Cup:
In other words, the B Cup of a 32 Band size holds less volume than the B Cup of a 34 Band size…which
holds less than a 36B…and so on. The same is true for every Cup letter size. So, if you change your
Band
size, you may need to adjust your Cup size, too. Just remember that the numbers and letters aren't
as
important as having the Perfect Fit!
Do Sport Bras fit differently than Lingerie Bras?
here are two simple rules to bra sizing:We've designed our sport bra sizing
to
be consistent
with our everyday bra sizing; so, you don't have to find a new size. For example, if you wear a 34B
in
our other bra
collections, we recommend that you choose a 34B (or alpha Size S) in any of our sport bras. The fit,
itself, will be the same.
